Susan McVey Sloss, NP-C



Susan Sloss graduated from Capital University in Columbus, Ohio with a Bachelors Degree in Social Work and a Bachelors Degree in Nursing in 1988. She has worked in the community setting as a registered nurse (RM) most of her career, 6 years in hospice and home health care and 6 years in public school nursing.

Ms. Sloss joined Neurology Indiana, LLC after graduating in 2008 from the Indiana University School of Nursing where she earned a Masters Degree in the Family Nurse Practitioner Program. She received the IU Graduate School of Nursing Academic Achievement Award and is certified as a nurse practitioner by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP).

The focus of her nursing care is on the whole person, knowing that illness impacts body, mind and spirit. She enjoys working together with her patients using nursing methods that promote optimal health and healing. She has a special interest in utilizing community resources for patient and family support.

Ms. Sloss lives in Kokomo with her husband, Mark and they have three children. She enjoys many outdoor activities, especially gardening, canoeing, hiking and traveling with her family.
