Sridhar Jatla, M.D.



Dr. Sridhar Jatla grew up in Cleveland, Ohio. He received his Bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University as a National Merit Scholar and graduated with High Distinction in 1998. He then went to Philadelphia and graduated from Jefferson Medical College in 2002. He returned to Cleveland to complete his internship and psychiatry residency at Case Western Reserve University. Dr. Jatla was appointed chief resident at Case Western and was recognized as the outstanding graduating resident of his residency program.

The following year, he went to the Windy City to complete a sleep medicine fellowship at Northwestern Hospital in Chicago. He gained experience treating patients of all ages with a wide variety of sleep disorders, such as obstructive sleep apnea, insomnia, and restless legs syndrome. He feels sleep is very important to a person’s quality of life. Dr. Jatla has also conducted research concerning the relationship between poor sleep and poor memory. He is board certified in psychiatry, and his professional interests include innovative approaches to treat sleep-disordered breathing and insomnia.

Dr. Jatla lives with his wife Uha in Kokomo, Indiana. He enjoys tennis, hiking, traveling, and watching the Indianapolis Colts.
